How many times have we made New Year’s resolutions, that we end up not keeping? A few years ago, Chris Streger decided to ask as many talented designers he knew (or didn’t know) to create a resolution for the new year as an iPhone background. Since then, TO RESOLVE PROJECT is back each year with new designs.
My favorite resolution designs from 2015 are from designers: Inka Mathew, Erik Marinovich and Eight Hour Day

I just love the work of Emily McDowell and this tote bag is no exception.
I have seen that, when I often sit down and start colouring with the kids, it has a therapeutic and calming effect on me. So I was intrigued to see these A1 colouring posters for adults by The School of Life. Illustrator & typographer Sarah A. King was commissioned to illustrate the words of Marcus Aurelius from “Meditations”.
I just discovered about Yulia Brodskaya, a London-based paper artist and illustrator and just love her detailed and colorful three-dimensional lettering. She uses a technique called quilling, which involves rolling strips of colored paper and gluing them together to make intricate paper artworks. Expect to see more of her.
