Nendo, a Japanese design house with offices in Tokyo and Milan, has created seven door designs to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Abe Kogyo, a wooden door manufacturer. All doors have a basic design, but with an unusual twist, that can lead to new possibilities.

My favorites: a door for both kids and adults, a door that doubles as a gallery wall and a door fitted with magnet that acts as a storage unit for pots and trays. The future of door design looks interesting!
